We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including the ATABBEY box and any dust bags). Please ensure all protective films or tags are still attached.
Are any purchases final sale?
Generally, all our standard collections are eligible for returns within the 14-day window. However, please note that personalized or bespoke orders (if applicable) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked as "Final Sale" during special promotions are also non-returnable.
When will I get my order?
We value your time and aim to deliver your ATABBEY piece as quickly as possible. We use Express Shipping for all our global deliveries.
