ATABBEY Return & Refund Policy
At ATABBEY, we are dedicated to providing you with handcrafted leather goods of exceptional quality. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with the return process to our atelier in Turkey.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original, pristine condition:

Unused, unworn, and unaltered.

Complete with all original packaging, including the ATABBEY box, dust bags, and internal protective materials.

All tags and accessories must be securely attached.
Note: Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. International Return Shipping & Customs
Since our production hub is located in Turkey, all returns must be shipped back to our Turkish office.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Original Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the original shipment or the return process are non-refundable. * Customs Declaration: To avoid delays at the Turkish border, customers must clearly mark the return package as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on the customs declaration form.
Important: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. ATABBEY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit to Turkey.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection at the atelier, we will notify you of the approval.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the transaction in your account.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original piece for a refund and place a new order on our website.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Items returned without their original ATABBEY box, dust bags, or tags.

Products that have been customized or personalized.

Items damaged through improper use or lack of leather care.
